1. Please register to bid with Level DAYS in advance of the auction. This can take a day or two and we want to make sure you are able to bid on AUCTION day.

2. PLEASE be careful when watching/bidding on items. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and OBLIGATION to pay for EVERYTHING purchased on your bidding number. Trust me, if there's been an excuse I've heard it. If you bid on an item it is your responsibility to pay for and pick up that item. PLEASE CALL AND ASK QUESTIONS!!!!

3. If you need more information about a piece, please contact JUNIOR DIRECTLY at 731-363-3634. I am more than happy to share any additional information I can to make your bidding and buying process as seamless as possible.

4. PAYMENT will be WIRE TRANSFER. Wiring instructions will be provided in each invoice and there will be an additional $20 wire Fee to offset the fee my bank charges.

5. It is the BUYERS responsibility to ship/truck the item. WE DO NOT SHIP!!! This equipment is located on Mr. Bill's Farm Lot and he will be pretty flexible about pickup.

6. We will make every attempt to not make mistakes in cataloging this auction. If you feel there is a mistake, PLEASE CONTACT JUNIOR. NEVER make an assumption about an item prior to bidding. This equipment is coming directly off a working farm and most of it was used this season. We have done everything we can to provide information about each lot. Mr. Bill and his brother Bud know this equipment and will be on hand for the preview day. ALL ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS WITH NO WARRANTY
