 -Live Auction With Internet Bidding Starts November 16th STARTING AT 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time.

 

-Successful Buyers Will Receive an Emailed Invoice with Wire Transfer/Payment Instructions. Onsite Collections On Sale Day Will Be Available. ALL PURCHASES TO BE PAID IN FULL 3-Days following the auction REGARDLESS OF EXCUSES.

 

-15% Buyers Fee Will Be Assessed on All individual Lots.

 

-Applicable California County Sales Tax Of 7.75% And Or 2.75% With A Signed Farm Tax Partial Exemption.

 

-Resale Certificate Required for Qualified Buyers.

 

-Out Of State/Country Buyers Must Provide A VALID BILL OF LAIDING before transport leaves the auction site.

 

-Assisted loadout Saturday following the sale 8AM-4PM. Sunday 8AM-4PM
