All items are sold as-is. NO GUARANTEES! It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items before bidding. Items are located at 2186 Sylvester Highway, Moultrie, GA 31768. Pre-Approved Consignments are welcome!
EQUIPMENT INSPECTION:
All items are located at Weeks Farm Machinery Auction, Inc. and can be inspected anytime from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
AUCTION TIME:
Auction opens for live bidding September 10th at 10:00am. Auction will begin closing September 24, 2024 at 2:00pm. Lots will close at a speed of 1 per minute. All lots are subject to extended bidding. If a bidder bids within the last 3 minutes, the clock will be reset to 3 minutes until no further bids are placed.
FEES
A 15% Buyer’s Premium per item will be applied to all purchases.

SALES TAX & SALES TAX EXEMPTION
Georgia Sales Tax of 8% will be applied to all items after Buyer’s Premium in added unless the following proper documentation is provided to Weeks Farm Machinery Auction prior to or at the time of purchase:
Farmer Tax Exemption: photo copy of a valid Georgia Farmer Exemption G.A.T.E. Card. APPLY NOW Unfortunately, sales tax cannot be refunded to Farmers providing GATE Cards AFTER an invoice has been issued.
Dealer Tax Exemption: photo copy of Sale Tax Resale Certificate with signed ST-5 Form or ST-4 Form.
Exporter Tax Exemption: a valid Bill of Lading provided by the purchaser’s hired Common Carrier at time of equipment removal.
For all titled vehicles GA State Ad Valorem taxes will be assessed for your purchase. Ad Valorem taxes do not apply to vehicles being titled in other states or purchased for resale with the submission of a valid dealers license number.
For All vehicles being sold for the United States Bankruptcy Court, as noted at the lot level, expect a delay of title turn around.
PAYMENT
An invoice will be emailed confirming your bids after the auction has been completed. Payment must be made prior to pick up of items.
The accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier’s Check, Personal or Business Checks, Wire Transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card. Be advised of the 3% convenience fee applied to all credit card and debit card transactions. Money Orders will not be acceptable forms of payment. Credit Cards are also used as a verification tool!! Weeks Farm Machinery Auction, Inc. reserves the right to charge the purchaser’s credit card on file an amount up to the full purchase price plus storage fees for items not paid for and pickup up in a timely manner.
A required Form 8300 will be completed and submitted to the IRS for Cash and/or Cashier’s Check payment amounts of $10,000.00 or more.
EQUIPMENT REMOVAL
Loading Times: *UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ON THE LOT, Any time on or after September 25, 2024 from 9:00am to 5:00pm until October 1st at 5:00pm

Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Weeks Farm Machinery Auction or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the online auction. Weeks Farm Machinery Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction begins. Weeks Farm Machinery Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
