-Martella & Black Auction Co does not guarantee year, we try our best to give the correct year from serial number guides & manufactures, customers are to do their own research before bidding.
-No refunds will be given for an incorrect year, model or description. We will try our best to point out anything wrong that we may visibly see and or if we have been notified about a particular item but, we encourage you to come inspect the items or send a mechanic by prior to the auction.
-Pre bidding Starts February 12th-13th Lots Closing on February 14th STARTING AT 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. BIDDING WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THE LAST MAN-WOMAN IS STANDING.
-Successful Buyers Will Receive an Emailed Invoice with Wire Transfer/Payment Instructions. ALL PURCHASES TO BE PAID IN FULL 3-Days following the auction REGARDLESS OF EXCUSES.
-5% Buyers Fee Will Be Assessed on All individual Lots with A $2,500 CAP.
-Applicable California County Sales Tax Of 7.25% And Or 2.25% With A Signed Farm Tax Partial Exemption.
-Resale Certificate Required for Qualified Buyers.
-Out Of State/Country Buyers Must Provide A VALID BILL OF LAIDING.
-Assisted loadout Saturday following the sale 8AM-4PM. CLOSED SUNDAY
Regular Load Out Days Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM daily.
ALL LOTS TO BE REMOVED 10-days after the auction.
-International buyers if wanted will need to make arrangements with us for additional load out time.
